1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how www.davidcallari.com/ (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. It complements the Privacy Policy, which also identifies the data controller: David Callari, Via Cusercoli 134, 47521 Cesena (FC), Italy, info@davidcallari.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site work properly, remember your choices and, if you allow it, measure visits or show you relevant advertising.
3. Types of cookies on this Site
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Site to work and to remember your cookie choices. They don’t need your consent. They include:
- Consent preference cookie (My Agile Privacy): stores the choices you make in the cookie banner. Duration: 180 days.
- WordPress technical cookies: used only if you log in to the site administration area. Duration: session or up to 14 days.
Third-party services without cookies
- Google Fonts (Google): delivers the typefaces used by the Site. It doesn’t set cookies, but it receives your IP address when the page loads.
Statistics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
If enabled, the following tools are blocked until you accept them in the cookie banner:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): aggregated statistics on how the Site is used. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (up to 13 months).
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland): measuring and improving ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies: _fbp, _fbc (up to 90 days).
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): heatmaps and anonymized session recordings to improve the Site. Cookies: _clck (up to 1 year), _clsk (1 day).
The up-to-date list of the services actually active is always available in the cookie banner, under Customize.
4. How to give, refuse or change your consent
On your first visit a banner lets you:
- Accept all cookies;
- Refuse non-essential cookies, or close the banner with the X: the Site keeps working with strictly necessary cookies only;
- Customize your choices service by service.
Your choice is stored for 180 days. You can change it at any time using the consent settings link or icon shown on the Site. Consent is managed with My Agile Privacy, which supports Google Consent Mode v2.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.
5. Data transfers
Some of the providers listed above may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. More information is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your GDPR rights, including withdrawing consent at any time, by writing to info@davidcallari.com. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We update this policy whenever we add or remove tools. The date at the top shows the latest version.
