Do you speak Italian?

Yes. I’m Italian, and we can do calls, reports and messages in Italian or English, whichever you prefer. Your ads can run in English, Italian or both, depending on who your customers are.

You’re based in Italy. How do we work together?

We work on video calls and WhatsApp, and you get a written report every month. Your ad accounts stay yours, and I work on them with partner access, so you can see every change.

Can you reach a specific audience in Malta?

Yes. Campaigns can target people by area, such as a few kilometres around your venue, by language and by interests. A restaurant in Sliema and a clinic in Gozo get two very different setups.

How much should I spend on ads in Malta?

It depends on your sector and goal. In the first call I’ll give you a starting budget and tell you openly if it’s too low to get results. The ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google and is separate from my fee.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. Many local businesses get bookings through Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta lead forms. If your site is slowing down your results, I’ll tell you and suggest what to fix first.

Are there grants in Malta for online advertising?

Partly. TradeMalta’s Digital Marketing Programme can co-fund ad spend and SEO for campaigns aimed at customers abroad, with approval before you spend. Ads aimed at customers in Malta and consultancy fees are usually not covered. If you sell abroad, for example in tourism or e-commerce, I’ll help you check whether your campaigns qualify.

Is there a minimum contract?

The first 3 months, the time campaigns need to collect data and stabilize. After that, the service continues month to month and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.

I already work with an agency. Can you help?

Yes. With an audit I review your Meta and Google Ads accounts with read-only access and give you a prioritized list of fixes. No commitment afterwards.

Do you charge VAT?

I operate under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme (Regime Forfettario), so the price you see is the price you pay (no VAT added). If you are a VAT-registered business in Malta, invoices will be issued under the EU reverse-charge regulation.
